So a few things about the Braves game this past Friday night (10/5/12):
1. I was at the game and no, I didn’t throw anything on the field. Beer is way too expensive and I don’t have the arm I once had.
2. Anyone reading my Facebook page or standing within 5 feet of me knows I was pretty pissed at referees and umpires. Unfortunately, that is never going to change as I have disliked refs/umpires since I was unduly fouled out of a basketball game when I was in 4th grade. This is not unusual for anyone who knows me as I can carry a grudge better than most.
3. Not one person I have spoken with blames the outcome of the game on the umpires. They blame the lack of opportunity for a comeback on the umpires. NO ONE can refute that claim.
So let’s get to the heart of Friday night’s outburst…the object throwing fans, not mine.
